Founder.

Shari has been in the beauty enhancement industry since early 1982. She started as a cosmetologist, then worked as an educator teaching hair cutting, coloring and styling across Eastern United States. In the 90's her own skin issues drove her to eventually earn her Para Medical Esthetic Certification. She has worked in sales, and as a consultant to many salons and spas. Shari worked for the Mirbeau in Skaneateles NY first as a consultant and then as a full time Esthetician before opening Derma Technologies in 2002.Shari is active in her Community and volunteers with several local agencies within Geneva.

In 2006 after graduating from a spa business management School, Shari stepped down from providing services to dedicate herself full time to the management and growth of the business, staff support and education.
