Reservation & Cancelation Policy
All appointments either single service or packages
must be reserved with a credit card number or prepaid.
In all cases a full 24 hours notice of cancellation must be
given (so that we have the opportunity to call someone
who is on the waiting list who would like to take that
appointment) or you will be charged 50% of the service
that you were booked or forfeit the gift certificate.
All no shows will result in a 100% charge.
Please note this does not apply in case of illness,
we want you to stay home and get better.
Please call us if you find that you are not feeling well
and we will gladly reschedule you at no charge.
It is best to reschedule a facial that was missed due to
illness a full 2 weeks so that the stress response
(free radical damage) from the illness has passed,
so you can enjoy the pampering and your
skin can be rebalanced.
All pricing does not include tax or gratuities.
